UTECH Las Americas Polyurethanes Event Postponed to May 24-26, 2022

February 24, 2021 - UTECH Las Americas, the only conference and exhibition dedicated specifically to the polyurethane and associated industries for Latin American markets, has been rescheduled to take place on May 24-26, 2022 at the Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City, Mexico. The event had been due to run at the end of June 2021.

“UTECH Las Americas 2022 will provide the region’s polyurethane industry with the perfect opportunity to reconnect with industry associates, friends and colleagues, to renew business relationships and recapture lost opportunities,” said Debbie Hershfield, Trade Show Director at organiser Crain Communications. 

“As an event with a regular 24-month cycle, postponing UTECH Las Americas now will allow our exhibitors and visitors the very best opportunity for a successful show in May 2022. It is the right decision to make at this time, bearing in mind the large number of international exhibitors who participate in UTECH Las Americas and the ongoing uncertainty arising from differing travel restrictions globally,” Hershfield said. 

UTECH Las Americas is a must-attend event for the polyurethanes industry throughout Latin America. First held in 2017, the biennial trade show attracts top-level exhibitors from a broad cross-section of the industry. Rigid and flexible polyurethanes are widely used in some of the region’s fastest growing industries including automotive, aerospace, construction and refrigeration as well as the furniture and footwear sectors.
